Transportation Permits

Transportation Permits are issued on a single trip or annual basis, and are enforced by City police and the California Highway Patrol.

Transportation Permits are issued upon payment of the application fee and after the planned route has been reviewed and approved by City Staff.

Fees:

You may apply for a Transportation Permit with the City of Lathrop by submitting your application to TAP@ci.lathrop.ca.us Please include the following in your email:

• Transportation Permit Application
• Current Certificate of Liability Insurance
• Payment method (Copy of check, or phone number for credit card info).
• Approved State Transportation Permit

* Please note that annual transportation permits are approved based on the California Vehicle Code (CVC) 35104 requirements.
