Mission

The City Manager’s Office provides leadership and direction for the operation and management of all City departments, oversees day-to-day operations, programs, projects, and provides efficient and effective municipal services to the citizens of Lathrop. The City Manager provides policy recommendations and strategic leadership for the effective implementation of the Mayor and Council’s policies and priorities. 

Responsibilities

Functions of the City Manager’s Office include:  City’s Treasurer, Legislative Affairs, Project Management, Economic Development, Business Development, Community and Regional Public Affairs and Liaison, Personnel Management, and Labor Relations.
