Striping Improvements, CIP PS 25-18

The City of Lathrop invites sealed informal bids for the construction of public improvements for Striping Improvements, CIP PS 25-18 (Project), at City of Lathrop, California.  Sealed bids will be received at City of Lathrop City Hall, located at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA until 5:00 PM, Tuesday, March 25, 2025.  Bids submitted by mail shall be addressed to: City of Lathrop, Attention Project Engineer / SEALED BID FOR PS 25-18, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330.

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work to be performed under this contract is generally described as:

• Grind off existing striping
• Install new thermoplastic striping including Green Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) for bike lanes and centerline improvements per plans

BIDDING INFORMATION

The value of this work is estimated at $150,000 and requires the following bonds at the indicated percentages of contract value: Bid (10%), Payment (100%), Performance (100%) and a Warranty Bond (10%) at the completion of the project, valid for one year.

A valid California Contractor’s license on C-32 Parking and Highway Improvements is required to bid on this project.
