Required Documentation for a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement (DFIA)

  • Legal Description of the property
  • Engineer's estimate of anticipated cost for the deferred improvement items plus 20% contingency
  • Improvement exhibit showing the extent and detail of improvements
  • Payment of the DFIA processing fee
