NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
The City of Lathrop invites sealed informal bids for the construction of public improvements for the Lathrop Police Department ADA Improvements, CIP GG 23-14, City of Lathrop, California. Sealed bids will be received at the City of Lathrop, located at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA until 6:00 PM, Thursday, June 27, 2024. Bids submitted by mail shall be addressed to: City of Lathrop, Attention: Carlos Carrillo, Management Analyst / SEALED BID – CIP GG 23-14, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, June 24, 2024 to allow prospective bidders to examine the exterior and grounds of the Lathrop Police Department (940 River Islands Pkwy, Lathrop, CA 95330) and the Lathrop Community Center (15557 5th St, Lathrop, CA 95330
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work to be performed under this contract is generally described as the demolition, removal and proper disposal of two (2) existing sets of passive double swing doors, framing modifications, electrical and data connections and the procurement and installation of two (2) automated single slide / double pane glass entry doors at the Lathrop Police Station. (940 River Islands Pkwy, Lathrop CA 95330). The procurement and installation of an automatic door opener equipped with sensors and push buttons to meet ADA conformance on an existing single door at the Lathrop Community Center (15557 5th St., Lathrop, CA 95330)
