South Lathrop Specific Plan
The South Lathrop Specific Plan was adopted by City Council on July 20, 2015 and annexed to the City of Lathrop on June 14, 2016. The South Lathrop Specific Plan (SLSP) annexation includes a 99-acre portion of the Lathrop Gateway Business Park Specific Plan. The SLSP project involves a 315-acre Specific Plan that includes commercial office uses, limited industrial uses and open space.
