Streetlight # 851, in front of 980 Kirkwood Ave, Lathrop, CA is cycling on/off. 

Hi,

Our house is at the end of the court at 15824 Beckford Ct, Lathrop, CA 95330.

The land on one side of the fence belongs to the City of Lathrop and we see a lot of gnats and other insect infestation.

Due to this, lot of these insects are in our backyard, frontyard and inside our house. We called our pest control to service our house but they will not do the area belonging to the city.

We request the city to do some pest control in the land next to our fence to control the infestation as it is affecting our house.

I am not sure who to talk to. Infront of our house is a tree and it drips sap all over and needs trimming or removed. Is it something we can do since it is infront of our house or is it something the city will do since it was planted by the city.
