We just moved in last Wednesday November 9. We called the garbage company Monday 13 and gave them a deposit for $50 over the phone. The cans were supposed to be delivered Thursday Nov 16. We never got them so today we called up and they said they made a mistake and needed $10 more for a deposit. Now they say they can only deliver cans in garbage day which this week is a holiday so we have to wait almost two weeks for a can when we've already waited over a week as it is. How is this not a public health hazard? Where are we supposed to put our trash as a family of six moving into a new house? I'm complaining because I know the city contracts this company and has a say in further contracts so you should know about this. Thanks.
