BIG TV left at the end of my walkway from my house which is on a corner

We came out yesterday and someone stuck a big television set at the corner of my walkway making it impossible to trim our tall fountain grasses which we came out to do.  Plus it's an eyesore!  It's too heavy for me to move.  I'm really mad that a person would pick that way to get rid of their TV. Can you assist me please.

Tidewater Park

Our local park has been out of service for most of 2023. The playground equipment is still fenced off. The lengthy delay in returning this park to service is a municipal embarrassment.  Please take action to reopen our park.
