Thank you for reporting the damage to the playground equipment at Nototomne Park. This area is not maintained by the City of Lathrop; however, I reached out to the River Islands Hotline, and they will be sending someone out to inspect and repair the equipment.

For your reference, if you would like to follow up on the status of this concern, you may contact the River Islands Hotline at 209-888-4586.

Damage at Nototomne Park Playground Equipment – Safety Concern

I wanted to report damage to playground equipment at the park. One of the spring rider structures appears to be broken, with a detached component lying nearby. The exposed metal and broken parts could pose a safety risk, especially for children using the area.

Could you please have this inspected and repaired or removed as soon as possible?

Request for Additional Lighting and Recreational Court at River park North

Dear Parks and Recreation Department 

I hope you are doing well. I am a resident of the area and wanted to share a request regarding improvements to the park near my home, River Park North.

First, I would like to request consideration for installing additional lighting throughout the park. Currently, the park becomes quite dark in the evening, which can make it difficult for residents to safely enjoy the space after sunset. Additional lighting would help improve visibility and safety for families, walkers, and others who use the park.
