Emailed resident asking for their address. Someone recently called with a similar situation  in the same area and the wrong address might have been provided because Ivan went out to inspect and sent in a photo. There was no tree in that area overhanging the fence, and the trees do not have any leaves right now.

once resident replies back with the address a work order will be created to send staff out to inspect.

Tree punning

Hello my resident is a two story home next to The Green Park. There are two trees in the park above the roof line of the house. I had a total gutter replacement job done in December 2020. And I found out that the leaves had clogged up two down spouts and rain gutters filled with both types of leaves on the park side. Please prune the trees, thank you.

Joel inspected area, no leak found. It could possible have been repaired previously.

Emailed citizen on 12/21/2020 that their request was received and forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review. City of Lathrop has initiated the Code Compliance process and ticket is now closed.

Container in the property

To whom it may concern;

we live at 17961 amador drive. In LATHROP. Right next to our house is a big shipping container that's been parked there for 6 months. Our view is blocked and it's dangerous when your cross the street. The big container is blocking to see the in coming car. Please help us and get this removed. It's been about 6 months that container is in there. Our neighbor never acknowledges us. So it's hard to communicate with them.
