We appreciate your taking the time and reporting  all the landscaping and trees are dry and dying from River Islands Parkway, down past Homestead Road, towards Barbara Terry.  Trees toward the Crescent Park have been cut down to stumps and there is a concern of a tripping hazard. Your request has been forwarded to our maintenance team in the Public Works Department for review.

Landscaping issues

Hi, from RiverIslands pkwy down past Homestead rd. towards Barbara Terry all the landscaping is severely suffering. We live in the area for years and walk miles daily. Trees are slowly dying, landscaping dies and gardeners just pull it out. No water is ever on. Ground is all very dry all the time. Roses at most corners have died and what is left is scarce and suffering.  Trees toward Crescent park are chopped down stumps and it looks very bad not to mention a tripping hazard.

Tall Weeds along the street

The sidewalk trail along Richardson Road has tall weeds growing for some time now since the city appointed landscaper last cleanup months ago.

Mossdale Landing Rat Infestation

Dear City of Lathrop Code Compliance,

I am writing to express my concern regarding a growing rat infestation affecting multiple homes in the Mossdale Landing neighborhood. Residents have observed an increasing number of rats in yards, around homes, and in common areas, creating serious health and safety concerns for families and pets.

This appears to be a neighborhood-wide issue rather than an isolated incident. Many residents are concerned that the infestation will continue to spread if it is not addressed through a coordinated effort.

Broken Speed Bump

One of the speed bumps on Cambridge Dr and Charmaine Ct is torn up.  I think it was caused by 80,000 pound big rigs illegally using Cambridge to cut through.

City Trucks parking and working on the pump station on J St. (800 J St.)

 I have called the Lathrop Police Department before for city trucks parking in such a way that they cause hardship for entering and exiting for two different driveways, one being the East driveway of Lathrop Manteca Rural Fire Department at 800 J St., and the other being the driveway for 710 J St.

 Workers are still parking their work trucks there between 800 and 710 J St.

Need a Yield to pedestrain for Kids Safety!

There has to be a yield and a call button

to activate flashing yellow lights to pedestrian on intersection of Barbara Terry Blvd and Sierra Mar. There are kids going to park via that intersection and cars are zooming through.  Please consider this high priority we would not want to wait for an Incident and then take action.

Weed growth is out of control on Testarossa / Sierra Mar along Sierra Mar walkway, 

landscaping issues

Good morning 

The area I live in the landscaping on Mckee, Barbara Terry, Marsh street and that whole area looks very unkept. I have not seen any landscapers in a while. I would like it to lok nice just as the rest of the area. There is dead grass, overgrown grass, dead looking trees. Also the tree in front of my house fell years ago and was never replaced.
