Hi Grace,

Thank you for submitting the request regarding low water pressure. It is my understanding that utilities staff tested the water pressure going into the house and it was within normal range. They communicated their findings to you or someone at your residence.

If you have any further questions, please submit another request or call the Public Works Department at (209) 941-7430. This request will now be closed.

Hello,

My address is 15220 Poppy Drive

Contaiminated material in front of my property...

We were assured the polluted water used for the parade would not be poured in front our property, again.  We shook hands on this promise. The polluted material is still in front of our  property and has not dried while normal water around the property has.  We need this remedied asap.  It, in fact, it damaged the work I had done  last summer to repair the damage caused by this pollutant in prior years.  The last time we repaired the damage left by this pollutant cost us 3 thousand dollars...

water pressure in home

The water pressure inside my home has significantly  declined within the last 2 months. The city has said in the past that our home is a low spot on the street.

Thank-you,

Grace
