good morning,

this ticket/work order  number has been closed but the work never took place ; our street light SL#839 still not fixed . someone should take care of it it is almost three weeks still no update

Thank you for reporting the streetlight concerns on Crescent Park Circle. At this time, there is only one streetlight located directly in front of 15908 Crescent Park, which is pole number 6837. This pole has already been reported to our electrical contractor.

Please reply with the pole number for the second light you’re referring to, along with its current status, and we will ensure it is reported as well.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the tree branches extending into your backyard. We have forwarded your request to River Islands, as they will be handling this concern moving forward. A representative from their team will follow up with you regarding the next steps.

We will be closing out this ticket on our end since River Islands will be taking over this request.
