There is construction at this site 24/7. I am awake all night with cement trucks "beeping" Bright spot lights, and workers throwing things around.  They also are cutting the dirt without using water trucks to keep the dust down. This has been reported many times. I live at Oakwood shores and can hear this construction.

Hello, I hope this reaches the correct department. On 02/18/20 the republic service recycling truck leaked a massive amount of oil on my street (puddles and trails). It was immediately reported and they did not send someone out until the next day to put kitty litter on it which did not help at all. My entire street along with others is now stained all over with oil. My street is Isabella place.
