May I ask who's responsibility is it to maintain the trees along pony express way between new well Avenue and homestead Avenue? I have often cleaned up several broken branches from the street after the scheduled street sweepers come through. 

The sprinkler between the playground construction and the picnic shelters is broken. Water shoots straight into the air and hits the cement. A lot of water being wasted during drought.

I have noticed that the double gates used at the dog park for maintenance such as lawn mowing are not pad locked. Several times I have entered the small dog park by the main entrance and found the side double gates are wide open, allowing dogs to run into the street. The pad lock has been locked onto the fence for weeks, leaving the latch available for anyone to open it.

Hi, I would like to request a couple of issues to be looked into in our city. Firstly, we have a beautiful Park Mossdale- with very nice area for doing exercises,but it does not have any shade or some covering like Garbanzo, so the equipment being metal gets very hot & is difficult to use. I would like to request the city to please arrange for some sort of covering for the area so we can make good use of it. Secondly, the sprinklers in the park come on late when it's time to walk. If they can be set to water earlier, say 5am or so that would be great.
