There are plans for 3 baseball fields plus a 4th little league field at the planned future 15 acre community park in River Islands. Resident don't want those and would not use them - tennis courts, more basketball courts, and maybe a community swimming pool are what residents want and would use.
I live near the other community baseball diamond in River Islands - no one ever uses it. The main part of my house overlooks the baseball diamond and not once in a year of being at home full-time have I ever seen a baeball game being played. The nearby basketball court on the other-hand is used non-stop: 7:00AM on Mother's Day, 10:00PM at night in the dark, you name it!
Please consider changing plans so that at least one or two of the planned 15 acre community park baseball fields is replaced by other amenities that will be used and enjoyed by residents. Maybe take a community poll to confirm.
