Skatepark light hazard

Good morning it was brought to my attention that the lights at lathrop skatepark were turned on last night at 5:45 or so and then turned off randomly maybe 20 minutes later which caused skaters and some kids to get hurt so if you could please make a light schedule from dusk until a reasonable time we should all be leaving the park.  A lot of people love the new lights and just want to be able to utilize the lights safety without them becoming a hazard if turned off on at the wrong time

Good morning Mr. Manalac,

 

The responsibility of trimming of trees within the parkway strips in front on the side of the homes in residential areas of Lathrop is the responsibility of the individual homeowner.  I would however like to thank you for collecting any of the limbs that have been broken by the street sweeper or by larger delivery vehicles.  I will remind our street sweeping crew if a branch is broken it should not be left in the roadway.

 

Trees along pony express way

May I ask who's responsibility is it to maintain the trees along pony express way between new well Avenue and homestead Avenue? I have often cleaned up several broken branches from the street after the scheduled street sweepers come through.

Broken sprinkler at Sangalang Park

The sprinkler between the playground construction and the picnic shelters is broken. Water shoots straight into the air and hits the cement. A lot of water being wasted during drought. 

leash free dog park Academy Drive/Melones Drive

Hello

I have noticed that the double gates used at the dog park for maintenance such as lawn mowing are not pad locked. Several times I have entered the small dog park by the main entrance and found the side double gates are wide open, allowing dogs to run into the street. The pad lock has been locked onto the fence for weeks, leaving the latch available for anyone to open it.
