Report a vehicle

October 2022, we filed a complaint against our neighbor that parks their vehicle between driveways. The vehicle is past the curb cut onto our driveway. This issue was addressed with them by officer Franco and he informed us that if this happens again to give LPD a call and the next incident will result in a ticket/citation for blocking the driveway. On this evening February 4 we called LPD and nothing was resolved. An officer drove by paused and left the area. Never stopped to address this issue.

691 New Well Court, Lathrop operation has heavy foot traffic on weekends with 6-10 cars and groups of people.

Home owners reported several men and woman walking around the neighborhood at 1AM and 2AM.

Home owners reported being unable to make a u turn in the court due to several cars parked freely in the court.

Home owner did not want to retrieve her mail due to several non resident people hanging out playing loud music in the court at night, yelling and smoking , cause for concern.

 

Damage garage door, broken door windows not being fixed

624 New Well Ct. 

Renters damaged the garage door and structure with a commercial vehicle several months ago and have not fixed the broken doors and windows.  The home looks vandalized and is an eyesore to the neighbors.

Black wide body truck with license plate 29604B2 illegally parked

A black wide body truck with license plate, 29604B2, and with  the business logo of "Mr Do it All" on the driver side door of the truck is parking regularly on the corner of Pony Express and New Well Avenue. The area where it is parking is blocking the view of drivers and causing a dangerous blind spot.  Also the overall width of both the wide body truck and it's attached trailer is further narrowing the two lane street.  
I believe It is choosing this parking spot because:  

Noise Complaint (Dog Barking)

There is a dog at 256 Shadywood Ave that barks at all hours of the day and night for long periods of time. Sometimes for at least an hours. This has been going on for months now & it is now at a point where it is seriously disrupting my sleep and effecting my work.
