Code Compliance

There is a pickup truck with a long trailer that parks for days at a time off and on weekly on Pony Express Way towards New Well. This is a short narrow street and when vehicles are approaching from both ends this trailer creates a traffic  obstruction and blocks the view of  drivers. 

There has been an abandoned vehicle for a week on Kruip court, Lathrop. Its a Ram Van License plate # 87616k3. Thank you

There is about 4-5 Abandon vehicles on Spar that have not been moved in months. As it is we have issues with parking on the street.   There is a White Van and blue jeep that has been there for a long time and only moved when they redid the streets.

This is now it seems a retaliation action taken by the neighbor at 187 Chandra Way, Lathrop 95330, your office gave them a warning for parking a week or two ago on street, and now they brought an orange semi, and parked it in the front yard. This not only degrades the neighborhood but goes against CA code section 10.20.260 Parking in residential front yard section (a), which makes it unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in the front yard area of any residential used lot or parcel of land, except in a paved driveway.
