Hello the address in question is 797 BRAMBLEWOOD ave they have removed the tree on the green belt also putting there trash carts out 3days early allowing raccoons and rats to feed on there overflowing carts. Bringing the property values down please help.  Thanks 

I am writing to inform you of an ongoing nuisance. This is specifically relating to the overgrown trees that are on a property located at 14893 Cedar Ridge Ct. The tree branches from the trees on this property have reached an unsafe size and have been shedding an enormous number of leaves onto my property. This has now become a safety issue for my tenants.

Hi there, I have been up northern and Southern California and let me tell you Mossdale exit is probably one of the worst I've seen. Just today alone  I saw a man peeing outside of his truck  and then on the way home when we exited we saw another truck pulled over with a man peeing at the exit AGAIN!!! Also there's a truck with a man That has been living there for weeks!!  It's disgusting and we need to change upgrade it . Fence it off or make it so nobody can't pull over there, it's not a dump!! Not the way we want to welcome residents to our town with that gross exit! 

624 New Well Ct. Every few months same issue! Excessively overgrown unkempt lawn in rental Property making the entire neighborhood look undervalued and neglected.Pleas3 provide a more permanent solution then a notice every few months!
