The car is a black Volt, license number 6XWX901

Abandoned vehicle

For the past 1-1/2 months, there is a vehicle parked at the Save Mart Shopping near Chase bank. The car has not been moved, window drivers side has been open even in the hard rain. License plated has expired. I believe it has been abandoned.

Concern Regarding Possible Code Violation – Mossdale Neighborhood

Dear City of Lathrop Code Enforcement,

I would like to report a concern in the Mossdale neighborhood, specifically on Pheasant Downs Road. I am requesting to remain anonymous. If you would like, I can get the exact address.

There appears to be a family living in a home’s garage, where they have set up what looks like a tent inside the garage space. I am unsure if this is permitted under city regulations, and I would appreciate clarification on whether this situation constitutes a violation.

Code Compliance Concern – Ongoing Vehicle Repairs and Oil Leakage in Residential Neighborhood

Dear Code Compliance Team,

I am writing to report a concern in my neighborhood regarding ongoing vehicle-related activity that appears to be in violation of Lathrop municipal code.

At a residence in my area, there are consistently multiple vehicles being worked on in open view, often in the driveway and street. This activity appears frequent and ongoing, resembling a mechanical operation rather than occasional personal vehicle maintenance.
