City tree remove by homeowner

Hello the address in question is 797 BRAMBLEWOOD ave they have removed the tree on the green belt also putting there trash carts out 3days early allowing raccoons and rats to feed on there overflowing carts. Bringing the property values down please help.  Thanks

I am writing to inform you of an ongoing nuisance. This is specifically relating to the overgrown trees that are on a property located at 14893 Cedar Ridge Ct. The tree branches from the trees on this property have reached an unsafe size and have been shedding an enormous number of leaves onto my property. This has now become a safety issue for my tenants.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I understand your frustration, as repeated incidents of public urination and individuals stopping or remaining in the area are unpleasant and not reflective of the community standards the City of Lathrop expects.
