Weeds are outgrowing and coming inside the fence in our backyard

Some one is running an event in the Backyard which would cause the traffic and sound pollution. Not sure if they have taken a permission. Do not disclose my name. This is not the first time they are doing. Yearly they do 3 to 4 such events. The details are as follows which were published on local whatsapp groups.

Storing up to two trailers in driveway and running getter business out of home and red f150 park on street has not move in about two months weeds are growing underneath it and almost his flat tires.
