I am writing to formally report an ongoing and severe noise disturbance originating from the residence at 17422 Pheasant Downs Rd, Lathrop, CA 95330.

This household regularly creates excessive noise through:

Loud music

Piano and trumpet playing

Karaoke sessions

Frequent and aggressive verbal altercations inside the home, which can be heard from both Pheasant Downs Rd and Autumn Rain Dr

13575 Jasper St., Lathrop, CA.

Can you please send someone out to 13575 Jasper St and advise them they need to maintain their yard/trees/bushes. The lawn is extremely overgrown, is never maintained and the trees/plants that are not maintained on the porch are now over extending onto my property at 13599 Jasper St.

I would like to know whom I should contact regarding an issue with my neighbor's tree that has fallen into my yard and landed on my fence. I'm not sure if there is any damage to the fence yet, as I haven't had anyone remove the large branches .

Our department received a complaint regarding 18695 River Walk Place, Lathrop CA.  They indicate there is a business there called Freddy's Bready.  they are adversising for an event Freddy's Pumpking Adventure and have a menu of Horchata drinks, bagels, scones and pumpkin loaves.  There number is 209-650-0042
