I am writing to formally report an ongoing and severe noise disturbance originating from the residence at 17422 Pheasant Downs Rd, Lathrop, CA 95330.

This household regularly creates excessive noise through:

Loud music

Piano and trumpet playing

Karaoke sessions

Frequent and aggressive verbal altercations inside the home, which can be heard from both Pheasant Downs Rd and Autumn Rain Dr

Can you please send someone out to 13575 Jasper St and advise them they need to maintain their yard/trees/bushes. The lawn is extremely overgrown, is never maintained and the trees/plants that are not maintained on the porch are now over extending onto my property at 13599 Jasper St.

Our department received a complaint regarding 18695 River Walk Place, Lathrop CA.  They indicate there is a business there called Freddy's Bready.  they are adversising for an event Freddy's Pumpking Adventure and have a menu of Horchata drinks, bagels, scones and pumpkin loaves.  There number is 209-650-0042

 I fully understand what you are saying,

 With you closing the ticket I was unable to make any comments to your reply so aI had to start a new ticket. but there still must be a sound level or a maximum distance where the sound can be heard. It can't be an open ended permit. (200, 300, 400 feet?)

 I can have amplified music going at the house and still keep it to a reasonable level where it doesn't cause issues with the neighbors across or down the street.

 Yesterday, September, 6, 2025 I had a situation with a complaint I made about loud, anoing, disturbing music coming from a residence. They were having a party and had been playing loud music in the backyard for over three, (3), hours. (We were wanting to open our windows and doors to cool off the house but couldn't because of the loud music.)
