Dogs Barking for hours

Our neighbor has multiple dogs and for the last few nights, there dogs just sit at the fence barking and barking for hours. During the day and night. I have talked to a couple of my neighbors and are fed up with these dogs constant barking as well. There is someone home all the time and they do nothing. The house address is 14416 Avon Ave. Can someone please talk to them about the noise. My husband works swing shift and it's hard for him to get the rest he needs with the constant barking

Broken down car

There is a broken down reddish car on Englewood Way that's an eye sore. It has a written sign on the window that says it will be moved on the 30th. But I'm not sure if that legal? Not sure who it belongs to.

Water theft

The landscape company at the New River Island highschool was connected to fire hydrant without a meter installed. 

They were watering street and newly planted palm trees.

Abandoned Penske truck

There's an abandoned Penske rental truck on Rose arbor and old glory. Been parked there for a few days now. Similar to the two uhauls on Independence which have been tagged.
