non-permitted use of residential property

I am the homeowner in Lathrop River Island (Address - 735 River Bend Dr, Lathrop, CA) and would like to highlight concern from our local community of residents.

We have come to know that alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility is currently operating within our residential neighborhood at address 915 River Bend Dr, Lathrop, CA. This business is operating less than half mile away from schools, resulting in lot of anxiety and security concerns in the neighborhood. We are not sure how full business could be operating in purely a residential area.

Unresolved heavy garbage

670 New Well Ct had had a large table like piece sitting curbside for over a month. The large square piece sitting on the road is blocking off street parking as well as a traffic hinderenace for large vehicles turning at round about on court. Homeowners have left it there for a few months with no removal.

Car Parked in Street for more then 3 days

There is a car parked in front of my house for almost a week not sure who it belongs to , just want to make sure it's not a stolen or borrowed car parked on my block

Thank you for reporting your concern regarding the standing water at 342 Osage Place. Issues involving mosquito breeding or stagnant pool water are handled by the San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector Control District.

Please contact them directly at (209) 982-4675 or visit their website at www.sjmosquito.org to submit a service request. They have staff who specialize in inspecting and treating areas where mosquitoes may breed.
