This business has its bales of plastic and cardboard in the parking lot and they are busted open and debris are blowing all around. It has been like this for close to 3mos now if not longer. It is not a very good look for LATHROP. 

I had initially submitted a different citizens request recently (ticket number 58815c2d) about a widebody truck towing a car hauler is parking on the corner of Pony Express and New Well avenue.  That request was closed but now a poorly painted black widebody truck towing (probably the same car hauler) is parking at that very same corner frequently and at night when I return from work.  Again, the vehicle of this size is causing a safety concern as the length of the truck with its car hauler is causing a blindspot for cars turning from Pony Express to New Well vice versa.  Secondly, it is na
