Black truck with California license plate number 29604B2 towing car trailer causing blindspot

I had initially submitted a different citizens request recently (ticket numbers 58815c2d and 59007a0e) about a widebody truck (license plate number 29604B2) towing a car hauler is parking on the corner of Pony Express and New Well avenue.  That request was closed but now a poorly painted black widebody truck towing (probably the same car hauler) is parking at that very same corner frequently and at night when I return from work.  Again, the vehicle of this size is causing a safety concern as the length of the truck with its car hauler is causing a blindspot for cars turning from Pony Expres

Undersized water heater in our apartment building.

Hi my name is Anthony. I live at 934 O street in lathrop. Recently my landlord downsized our water heater from a 150 gallon to a 50 gallon. We rarely have hit water to shower. He won't admit that he down sized it. We really need some help over here. I'm a plumber er I come home very dirty and need a shower but can't take one due to no hot water. Can you help me?

When this is actively occurring, please contact non-emergency dispatch at 209-647-6400, to have it addressed promptly. Lathrop Dispatch was contacted yesterday and the Community Services Division was unable to locate any vehicles at that location.
