I had initially submitted a different citizens request recently (ticket numbers 58815c2d and 59007a0e) about a widebody truck (license plate number 29604B2) towing a car hauler is parking on the corner of Pony Express and New Well avenue. That request was closed but now a poorly painted black widebody truck towing (probably the same car hauler) is parking at that very same corner frequently and at night when I return from work. Again, the vehicle of this size is causing a safety concern as the length of the truck with its car hauler is causing a blindspot for cars turning from Pony Express to New Well vice versa. Secondly, it is narrowing the road more because of its width thus causing a bottleneck for traffic. Finally, I would like to know: are commerical vehicles permitted to park on residential streets at all? The black widebody truck is towing cars. This is the fourth time I saw that it parked at this location after my initial request was closed. Each time there is a different set of cars on the trailer. To me, it seems like a business or commerical vehicle and I believe that this is the same truck as what I had reported about before but is now "camouflaged" in black paint as to avoid any further citations. The vehicle parks arrives at night to avoid being detected by police. As of 3/3/23 at 7:30 am it is still parked at the corner of New Well Avenue and Pony Express Way.
