Neighbor running auto shop from home

Hello I am a concerned and bothered person who has for a while been seeing my neighbor fixing up cars in his driveway. The driveway and street are filled with cars and this neighbor has even made an addition to the side of his home to store tools for his business. This addition or tool shed is also a cause for concern as it is near the property line and a fire hazard.

Trailers

994 dry creek place continues to have 2 trailers full of junk. Parked on the street and in driveway. Now parks trailers in front of other neighbors.

UNREGISTERED VEHICLES ON STREET

I WOULD LIKE TO FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT UNREGISTERED VEHICLES/TRAILERS PARKED ON STREET LOCATED AT: 13575 JASPER STREET. THERE IS AN UNREGISTERED 30FT TRAILER ON STREET BEHIND AN UNREGISTERED GREEN CHEVY TAHOE ALSO PARKED ON STREET THAT WAS TAGGED A FEW MONTHS AGO BUT IT IS BACK OUT ON THE STREET.  IN ADDITION, THERE IS A RED CHEVY S-10 PICKUP WITH UTAH LICENSE PLATES, ALSO UNREGISTERED PARKED ON STREET. ALL OF THESE VEHICLES BELONG TO HOMEOWNERS @13575 JASPER ST AND THEY DO NOT MOVE THEM. THEY SIT ON THE STREET FOR WEEKS/MONTHS AT A TIME WITHOUT BEING MOVED.

Parked cars on street

Hello, I was just wondering what the regulations were on vehicles that are parked on the street and not moved for months in the rivier island community.

House on Dry Creek.

This house on Dry Creek continues to be an eye sore, which I understand several people have complained. Today, they have a trailer on the grass; one in the driveway along with junk and another hooked onto a black SUV with tree stumps, chair, sofa pieces; previously parked on the bend of Dry Creek and now moved in front of someone’s house. They are storing a water heater in their garage (don’t know if that is illegal). These people are hoarders. I understand their backyard is like their garage. Filled to the max.
