2 cars parked on side street not moved in months. Pony Express Way towards New Well Ave.

2001 Green Honda Accord has been parked for over a week , you can see the dirt buildup , cross section between Independence Avenue and Rose Arbor PT

 I am enquiring about rules, codes, regulations, etc. if any, about tree houses built in trees in backyards especially directly along property lines where the tree hangs over int the adjacent homeowners backyard.

 Is there any code within Lathrop City that addresses the issue of tree houses and their size, placement, height, being an eye sore to neighbors backyards, privacy, etc?

Someone left a mattress or two in an open lot at the intersection of Thomsen and Lisa. It looks like we live in a ghetto. How can we get it taken away?
