Overgrown Weeds/Fallen Tree

Hello -

Address 1690 Academy Dr, Lathrop, CA

The owner of this residence continues to neglect the landscaping in their front year with overgrown roses bushes, weeds, and a tree that has been blown to the ground around 3 months ago.

While I'm not sure if you can do anything about their backyard, it has weeds several feet tall, a Christmas tree, and garage bins laying on the ground.

Leaves

Hi there I want to Complain about 757 bramblewood Ave. they have had piles of leaves in the street for months. And they never bring up their garbage cans. the street sweeper won't come clean up cause they are in the way and it's right at the mail box.

also 16835 ore claim . On the side of their house they have spikes up to block their neighbors dog from pooping on their grass. It's over dramatic and dangerous to have roof spikes on the grass.

Lawn has been taken care of for now. Hazmat situation has not been addressed by City of Lathrop or the San Joaquin County Health Department. This house also does not have garbage service and never has had garbage service. This is very toxic to the neighborhood. Will the authorities step up and do something about this? Why is this situation being ignored?

Meth Lab

On October 8, 2019 437 O Street was red tagged as a meth lab by the city and the San Joaquin County Health Department. The owner (Wayne Williams) has been found guilty on all 6 felonies and will be sentenced on February 10. He could get up to 12 years in the state prison. He was manufacturing meth and selling it out of his house. I want to know what the city is doing about the health hazard of this property. Not to mention the over grown lawn and the pile of tree branches in the front of the house on the street. Who will make sure this property is abated according to the law.
