Code Compliance

Hello City of Lathrop,

I would like to request a permit to:

• Move the A/C unit condenser which has dimension of 2 feet and 10 inches from the backyard to the left side-yard. Left side-yard has approximately 6 feet and 9 inches in width. There is an existing filter for the pool, and we would like the A/C unit condenser in alignment with this. It is 3 feet by 5 feet. There is no building/house adjacent to this side of the house.

This has been going on for a few hours now.  I am located at 775 Pasture Ave., Lathrop.  My neighbor to the right has been playing drums and other instruments now for a few hours.  It's constant and to the point I can't hear anything but that.  I tried to wait, but I just want some peace and quiet now.  I just want this to be filed, I know nothing will come from this.  It is giving me a migraine because it's constant.  I know it's a Saturday night and I usually don't bother to say anything.
