There is a 5th wheel that was parked on the streets for over two weeks with someone living in it and not attached to a vehicle. it was reported to the police and subsequently moved up into their driveway. It has now been there for over two weeks without being attached to a vehicle and has an electrical extrension cord stretched from the house out to the 5th wheel.
