Rats and garbage pile on side and back yard no service for garbage

Hi there the home 757 bramblewood ave in mossdale has huge dry weeds everywhere that are very tall. 

Hi there in front of the home 797 bramblewood in mossdale there is always a huge puddle of water in the street. I believe the street is uneven and water is constantly sitting there. also that home always has a truck there that never moves and is full of garbage.

Property 16954 Sierra Gold Trail has junk in the front of the property. There's a white kitchen stove and large brown furniture piece. This has been there for months. It is violating code compliance.
