This has been going on for a few hours now. I am located at 775 Pasture Ave., Lathrop. My neighbor to the right has been playing drums and other instruments now for a few hours. It's constant and to the point I can't hear anything but that. I tried to wait, but I just want some peace and quiet now. I just want this to be filed, I know nothing will come from this. It is giving me a migraine because it's constant. I know it's a Saturday night and I usually don't bother to say anything.
I found ordinance 8.20.070 Drums—Use restricted. I'm pretty sure next door isn't a school band and I know there isn't a parade going on.
