THE PERMITTING AND LICENSING PORTAL IS LIVE

The City of Lathrop is pleased to offer our residents, businesses and visitors a new all-in-one online portal that will efficiently meet public needs in our growing city including applying for Building Permits, Business Licensing, Plan Applications, and Scheduling Inspections. The City of Lathrop implemented the Lathrop Civic Access Portal (LCAP) effective August 13, 2024.

The Lathrop Civic Access Portal (LCAP) is an all-in-one solution for Residents and Contractors to streamline the following:

  • Apply for and Monitor Building Permits

  • Schedule and View Building Inspections

  • Apply for and Renew Business Licenses

  • Submit Applications for Planning and Zoning

  • Apply for and Monitor Land Development Permits

  • Review and Pay Invoices

  • Search Public Records

LCAP is accessible from any device and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
