Business Licensing - LCAP User Guides
The City of Lathrop Finance Department is now utilizing The Lathrop Civic Access Portal (LCAP) as a all-in-one electronic solution to Business Licensing.
A Business License is Required of All Home-Based and Commercial Businesses, Mobile Food Vendors, and Solicitors. Please see our General Business License Requirements for more information, as well as review the LCAP User Guides below for Step-By-Step Instructions designed to walk users through the Portal to Apply For, Renew, and Track Business Licenses.
