Christmas Tree Pickup

There has been a stream of conversations on the Lathrop Community Page about the Christmas tree removal this year. Several residents have called the Waste Management services and gotten different answers. Some have been told to cut it up and place in their Yard Waste, some to wait still and myself being told maybe the tree is too big ( it's the same size I have gotten for the past 5 years!). We all pay our share of taxes and Waste Management fees, there should be no reason that the residents of Lathrop are having so much difficulty disposing off their Christmas trees.

Good morning Brianne,

Thank you for reaching out and allowing us the opportunity to serve you. We received your request regarding the incorrect spelling for your street and a work order has been created to assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Street sign has incorrect name

Good afternoon,

I live in the new Stanford Crossing development on Chimes Street and just noticed that our street signs do not say "Chimes", they say "Chime". Is it possible to have the sign fixed?

Thank you!

House will dozens of residents

Hi,

More a question, We have a house near ours that rents out rooms. There are approximately 15-20 people living in this home. They park many cars on the street and take valuable parking spots. Is it legal to rent a single family home to so many residents?

Waterline repairs throughout the city.

With all the marking up of the streets and sidewalks and the upcoming repairs that I understand are going to happen to the waterlines to the houses, it makes me think that if the waterlines are on the property, the homeowner is responsible for covering the cost of the repairs.

I'm sure there is something somewhere that has been drawn up that lets everyone concerned what their share of the repair cost is going to be.

Can you tell me how much of the repair cost I am going to be responsible for to cover the work in front of 707 J St.?
