Good Morning,

Good morning. Our family moved to Lathrop in July and my 19 year old son has been picking up garbage around our neighborhood on his morning and walks and wondered if there was a possibility to put public garbage bins so our private garbage bin doesn't get soo clogged up from the garbage that has been littered.

Hello, I went for a walk last night and noticed that's the grate covering the storm drain has fallen the bottom of the opening. You can see it laying at the bottom. Someone could really hurt themselves and an animal either pet or otherwise could fall directly into the storm drain. It is directly across from Global Check Cashing ( The ok'd USA Motors used car lot on S. Harlan Rd.
