To Whom It May Concern,

The wait time to turn left on Lathrop Road to I-5 southbound takes a long time to change.  It used to change quickly but is no longer the case.  Could someone look into the problem?

A Target cart has been sitting at the corner of Stone cellar and Cresent moon Drive since Monday 6/24/24. Requesting to find out protocol for the shopping carts left on the streets.
