traffic signal head turned wrong direction

Hello, this is Jennifer from the City of Manteca Engineering Dept.   I received a call from a motorist at the Louise Ave and McKinley Road intersection.   The driver was concerned because a traffic signal head on the north corner of Louise and McKinley is facing the wrong way.   He didn't see any accidents but thought it may cause problems during commute if other drivers weren't carefully watching the intersection and the turn sequences.   Thank you!

Intersection turn lane lines

Hello, my husband and I have a concern about intersection turn lane lines. It’s going west to south, turning from River Islands Pkwy onto Golden Valley Pkwy. There are 2 lanes that turn into 3 lanes. The lines are painted in the intersection so the 2nd lane turns not into the 2nd lane but the 3rd lane and it’s confusing. I don’t need an email back just trying to help avoid accidents thanks!

Restrict u turn

Good evening,

I respectfully suggest that the east bound traffic light at Lathrop road and Harlan rd. Restrict u- turns when school starts and when school gets out.  Many people block traffic due to running red lights and kids are having to go between cars to cross the street.

Terrible Smell

Requesting for your assistance to take a look at what causes terrible smell here in River Islands, smells like cow poop or something. It is just terrible and we are having headaches.

Please advise!

Speeding and aggressive driving on Warren Ave

Hello I live on Warren Avenue and its one of the few streets that has no speed bumps. Warren has become a drag strip for many people cutting through the residential since the surrounding streets have more stops, bumps, signal and are less straight. I've already had a vehicle damaged from a hit and run, most of the neighbors are afraid to park on the side of the road.

Re: fence cracked brick

I'm not sure if I'm contacting the right dept but I need to be guided in the right direction. I purchased a new development home at Stanford Crossings a year ago, from the beginning we mentioned to KB Home that the cities brick fence in our backyard has a cracked brick and a big gap all the way up but KB told us the city has to fix that not KB. We also have a spot in one of the squares in our sidewalk in front of the driveway that has a broken piece that any moment once that broken cement comes out will end up being a tripping hazard to people walking on the sidewalk.
