I'M NOT SURE WHO YOU HAVE DOWN THERE THAT KEEPS SCREWING PRETTY TIRED OF IT. EVERY MONTH SOMEONE FROM YOUR OFFICE CHANGES SOMETHING TO WHERE I CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO PAY MY BILL. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOU LEAVING MY ACCOUNT ALONE. I HAVE NEVER CHANGED ANYTHING TO WARRANT YOU CHANGING MY LOGIN ALONG WITH WHERE THE BILL IS TO BE SENT. LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!! IF I WANT IT CHANGED I WILL COME DOWN AND TELL YOU! PLEASE FIX MY STUFF!!!

I want to thank you for closing my ticket without even a response. I really don’t know why you have so many issues with my account. You’ve changed my login a number of times, you’ve rerouted my bill to Modesto and i had to have you note the account. I would appreciate a response to why this keeps happening.
