Hello my fence facing the street (McKee) has fallen due to high winds. Is the city responsible for fixing the fence? If so, would I have to get it repaired and then get reimbursed or would you just come and fix it?
Tkt# 2901d0e5 My concern is the crown of both of the trees, they are above the roof line. Do they qualify for the crowns to be removed? Let my know anything can be done. Thanks
Emailed resident asking for their address. Someone recently called with a similar situation in the same area and the wrong address might have been provided because Ivan went out to inspect and sent in a photo. There was no tree in that area overhanging the fence, and the trees do not have any leaves right now.
once resident replies back with the address a work order will be created to send staff out to inspect.
