File A Police Report for Identity Theft

Hi, how do I file a police report for identity theft. The fraud happened at the Chase Bank in Stockton but they told me I have to report it with Lathrop Police because my address is in Lathrop. How do I access thus?

Stop sign violation

Good afternoon, I am a resident on the Woodfield area. And am sending a concern regarding the new stop sign post on Prairie Dunes Dr/Silver Creek Dr.

There have been multiple cars just speeding through that stop sign with no consideration at all, sometimes even above 25mph. Im writting this in hopes that we can get enforcement out here being that we have kids in this area. I was able to capture a violation of this on my ring camera.
