Wrong way parking

New tenants at 17505 Oberlin ave always parks against traffic direction. Sometimes 2 cars from the residence park the wrong way on a daily basis

abandoned car by river

Hello,

While walking along the levee, I noticed a white sedan that appears to have been abandoned on the opposite side of the river. Both driver side doors and the trunk are open, it is at the edge of the levee top so leaning towards the river.

The car has been there at least a week as I saw it this past Saturday morning, Feb. 24 as well as the previous Saturday, Feb. 17. Neither time did I notice any movement around the car, just the car sitting there.
