I need to file a report of a person wondering around my property constantly day and night. He is not a resident of the house next to me (225 Emory Oak Pl) During the day he wonder in his bike and hangs in front of the garage, but come night time and he starts talking very loudly and if you go outside he start causing at you for no reason. I also spotted him jumping the neighborhood back fence, (which he entered illegally thru the water reservoir. I am concern he will enter my property since he seems to just hang around the neighbor house.

I am trying to make a police report that happen to me on 4/18/2024 around 5:25pm. I was lathrop on 33 North on my way to Dollar General and this company truck-- Goetze Dental license plate (2WG Z71). I was going 50mph in a 55mph and this company truck kept tailgating the back of my car then going 40+ over the speed limit to run me off the road plus driving on the wrong side while trying to race me.
