Police

There is a grey volkswagon bug parked out front of 15421 port washington street. it has been parked there over a week, not sure who it belongs to. it has no plates, possibly a stolen vehicle. can someone please come out and check.

This home at 17307 Green summer Lane Lathrop CA. is continuously blocking the fire lanes. He has car washes in the area. He is blocking his neighbors from getting in and out of the court. The neighbor is fearing for retaliation to report this matter. She called the police and was told her call was rerouted to Ripon call center and there were no police available to help her. 

WHo do we call to tow out of the fire lanes? police or Fire department?

I regularly pass over the Bradshaw's Crossing bridge and have noticed people speeding. Last week, I saw a drive merge into the other lane and almost hit an oncoming car head on. The speed limit is 35mph but it is never followed by the drivers. Is there any measures that could be taken to enforce the speed limit?
