Hello, 

The building down from at the corner of Dos Reis Rd has been loaded with old couches, bags of garbage and stacks of junk all around the exterior. At night a person driving down the street can see rodents running around all of it. It's horrible looking and grows by the day. It needs to be cleaned up.

My neighbor has a drainage pipe which is approximately 18" from my back fence. It has caused damage to fence post as well a mud flowing into my yard and ruining property.

Hi there! The residents at 17364 Pheasant Downs Rd. have their waste bins on the curb today 6/28/22. Trash pickup isnt until 7/1/22. I believe this is in violation of the city code 8.16.020 Types and placement of containers under A 4 "Containers shall not be placed at the curb or in the alley earlier than twenty-four (24) hours prior to collection day, and shall be removed within twenty-four (24) hours after collection."

the boat is being stored in full view on the driveway. The neighbor, who is elderly and doesn't do internet, asked me to report it again.    The address is 779 Granite Avenue.

Across the street, at 772 Granite Avenue they have a trailor hitch on their lawn that has been there for months..

It is extremely disrupting and disruptive to the peace to be awakened every week at ~5am hearing extremely loud commercial operations of trash pickup in our residential neighborhood.

I suggest a remedy to allow for our citizens to be serviced while keeping the peace simultaneously. At present, 5am is not acceptable! My neighbors cannot construct a pool at 5am, we cannot have a loud party at 5am - (actually I don't believe we can have a loud party without a special permit at anytime), commercial operations should be limited as well by Code.
