It is extremely disrupting and disruptive to the peace to be awakened every week at ~5am hearing extremely loud commercial operations of trash pickup in our residential neighborhood.
I suggest a remedy to allow for our citizens to be serviced while keeping the peace simultaneously. At present, 5am is not acceptable! My neighbors cannot construct a pool at 5am, we cannot have a loud party at 5am - (actually I don't believe we can have a loud party without a special permit at anytime), commercial operations should be limited as well by Code.
I request this City immediately change contract terms and partner with it's provider - to be amended to reflect service hours from 7am-8pm to allow for and be consistent with Code and keeping the peace.
I look forward to seeing this change and your response.

Thank you Michael for taking lead and coordinating a solution to have waste schedules amended to a reasonable hour. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
I am so thankful to be able to sleep at 5am on pickup days!
