Code Compliance

I recently moved to Lathrop and noticed that many of the neighbors are being very ridiculous when parking and are not following the compliance code. Their driveways are free and they decide to park in front of my house. This is completely awkward and I feel unsafe because I see a car parked right by my front door and I feel like I lack safety and security. I only have space big enough for one compact car in front of my house and I need that space to put my garbage cans.

It is almost midnight and we cannot sleep. There is a bell ringing in my neighbors backyard (which we share) for the last 3 hours.

16164 Covered Bridge lane 

owners have had RV "hooked up" to their truck and parked at corner for more than 7 weeks.  As it is on the corner when you are making a right onto the street from Ferry Launch it blocks your view and is very dangerous. I have had two near collisions.
