Residents at 315 Emory Oak will not bring their trash cans in. It's been three months and this is my second time reaching out to Lathrop. Street sweeper cannot access our side of the street because of these cans being out!

someone dumped items on Towne Center nearest Atlantic oak. Items have been there since Wednesday. Homeless are riffing through and spreading the garbage. Please clean up immediately, 

Currently, neighbors on either Pheasnt Downs or Stone Celler are being very loud. They have been having a party all evening with their music very high. They do this on a regular basis and it's really annoying because some people actually have jobs. Please reprimand them. 

As a homeowner, We just want to report household 16658 Victorian Trl Lathrop, were one of the homeowners in the area and we find it quiet difficult/disturbing/bothersome that this household have at least 6 to 7 stagnant vehicles on the street on a daily basis. We understand nobody owns the street but how can one household occupy most of the public parking spots all the time? They do drive 2-3 cars daily but what about the rest will it just be left there for weeks/months? we can barely find a parking spot in front of our house. it's enough they block driveway all the time.

I nearly got hit today by someone blowing through the 4 way stop on 0 street and Bizzibe. On my way back the same direction the person almost hit me I checked and you can barely see the stop sign. It is the only one of the 4 stop signs that is on a 4x4 wooden post and seems to be pretty far back in the persons yard. I dont know if its just bad placement or their tree branches blocking it but the person that almost hit me was going so fast that I would have been directly hit on my drivers side door and probably hurt pretty bad had I not slammed my brakes on.

The residents at 16682 Loganberry Way are playing music outside and shouting at a high level on multiple nights after 10pm disturbing the surrounding residents.
