In reference to 930 waterman ave incident last weekend - The fence was back up because my boyfriend and I went out there in the wind and put it back up same day. FYI. Did the officer see food and water provided for the dog? And a shelter? Because I sure didn't. The dog was in the cold shaking with no provided shelter. I also have pictures of the German shepherd in my yard and pictures of my fence down on 2/4/24. I can provide them if needed. 

Hello I have made several complaints about my back neighbors dog being neglected. Yesterday our conjoining fence fell down and I could see into their entire backyard. The dog was outside when it was strong winds and has no dog house, I saw no food or water. This poor dog was shivering. It is to my understanding dogs need to have proper shelter if outside. This dog is clearly malnourished - you can see her ribs. Again, I have been calling about this neglect for years and it is still going on. The dog was outside all day with the winds and rain yesterday.

My neighbors dog barks for hours everyday at 15788 Warfield Rd.

The barking starts at 7am and doesn't end until the owners get home at night.

I'm unable to contact them. I've tried multiple times and I don't know what else to do.
