Dog License

Hello I moved out of Lathrop so my dogs won't be needing their license there anymore, how do I cancel them out of your system? If you need me to go in person I can do that later today. Thank you.

Dog

There is a tan(originally white) dog who is very dirty and roaming around the streets without a tag or collar. Owners neglect it and leave it out all the time. Last seen 9:39am 2/21/24 6th street and I street

Neglected dog - Ticket ID: 6288de05

In reference to 930 waterman ave incident last weekend - The fence was back up because my boyfriend and I went out there in the wind and put it back up same day. FYI. Did the officer see food and water provided for the dog? And a shelter? Because I sure didn't. The dog was in the cold shaking with no provided shelter. I also have pictures of the German shepherd in my yard and pictures of my fence down on 2/4/24. I can provide them if needed.
