Peacocks Loose in Neighborhood

Hello,

There is a flock of peacocks that has been around Ravenwood Court and the next court since this past weekend. There are approximately 6-10 of them just wandering around loose. They were recently heading towards Stonebridge.

Dog left alone

My neighbors have been leaving thier dog outside for hours starting at 6am all the way to after 9pm. This dog howls and is full of anxiety and stress during these hours. It's trying to break through the fence and cries and howls non stop. I tried talking to them but they don't answer thier door, I also left a note and it didn't help.

It is the responsibility of the owner of the property or the company who set the trap to dipose of or collect what is trapped. Please contact our office at 209-647-6400 to clarify location so the Community Services Division can advise accordingly.

Dead raccoon in live trap for extended amount of time

To whom it may concern,

A vacant house on the corner of West and Walnut street has been a source of problem for years now. Most recently a dead raccoon has been in a live trap in the yard of the house for at least three days. While we overlook other issues, this one poses health risk and is, among many other things, unsightly to all.

Hello City of Lathrop,

You can refer to previous ticket via this ID: 57854fa2

The neighbor's address is: 1590 Offshore Wy, Lathrop, CA 95330

The problem has returned for the last few weeks. I am unsure if it is the same dog or a different dog.

But the dog has been shut in the garage every morning to noon/afternoon and keeps howling non-stop.

We live right above their garage, and we are suffering along with the pet.

This has been an ongoing issue for almost a year now, what can we do?

Best regards,

Albert
