Park roaches

Hello! I live across the Valverde park and there are so many roaches there that come to my yard and house. It's disgusting. Does the park get sprayed for pest control? I'm really at a point of desperation with this. They are getting inside my house. Please help! Thank you. Tania Candelaria 209-740-2400

Injured Cat

There is an injured stray cat on Flint Ave in Lathrop.  I am allergic to cats and it probably has fleas so I wouldn't be able to catch it and put it in my car.  I feel for the poor thing, I hear it almost every night getting attacked.  It's fur is pulled away from it's body.

Animal abuse/neglect

I am reporting a man named Everett Lavell Thomas who currently lives at 13263 cedarbrook way Lathrop CA. He currently has 2 dogs there, a 2 year old Cane Corso and about a 6 month old female grey pitbull. It is possible he sold the pitbull already.  The pitbulls mom was abandoned when the puppies were no longer eating from her. He abandoned her with me and refused to take her back because she was aggressive.  Because of her aggression he would lock her up in a kennel for more than 10 hours a day. He told me this. He told me that the puppy and the mom would sleep outside in a kennel.

is there any update on my  requests.   we are still experiencing the Dogs issues with the neighbors. we cannot even stay on our Backyard without the dogs launching themselves toward the wooden fence  and start barking at us.

neighbors dog barking on the fence

 Good morning, 

my name is Eduardo Ruiz

I live at 2259 Grinnell CT, Lathrop, we have a problem with our neighbors dogs .

our houses are divided by wooden fence, I work everyday and driver 100 miles , when I come from work, I enter my home trough the door on the side of the house facing the Fence,   and we get their dogs to bark at me or my wife all the time. the feeling is bad, because the fence is very close to Door and if feels that the dog is right so close to you. 

we have talked to the neighbors several times, but I cannot get them to understand.

Concern

I'm a concerned neighbor, a few times I've noticed several dogs in small kennels kept in a garage of my neighbor. There very well may be nothing wrong happening and so I don't want to make enemies of my neighbors but they look like pits or fighting dogs and it's caused some concern.  Address is 17195 Kestrel, Lathrop.
