Lathrop Cares - Maintenance Requests

We are excited to announce that we have launched a new free mobile application called Lathrop Cares! Lathrop Cares is a Mobile App designed to provide residents quick and easy access to the following Lathrop resources, from their mobile device or computer:

  • Submit Requests/Concerns with the easy access “Start Request” button
  • Provide multiple photos when submitting a request 
  • Track requests and send messages to City of Lathrop Staff regarding the status of a request
  • Access Frequently Asked Questions through the fully searchable knowledge base

The new Lathrop Cares Mobile App, specifically for the City of Lathrop community, can be downloaded from your service provider app store: Apple or Google.
